For who · Boutique hotels
A front desk that never sleeps, on a property your size.
For independent and boutique hotels of 10 to 60 rooms: done-for-you systems for guest messaging, reviews, rate parity, and revenue reporting, built and run for you, sitting alongside the PMS and channel manager you already have.
The problem
Big-hotel problems, without the big-hotel team.
A boutique hotel faces every pressure a chain does: guests messaging at all hours in several languages, reviews that set your price, rates that have to stay in line across channels, a margin the OTAs keep eating. It just has none of the cushion, no revenue manager, no night team, no guest-experience department to absorb it. The work doesn't scale down just because the property is small. So it lands on a handful of people doing everything. That's the work we take off them.
The systems
Mapped to your day, not a feature list.
Every enquiry and in-stay question answered in the guest's language in under a minute; real intent routed to the front desk.
Reviews, in your voiceA request that goes out while the stay is fresh, and a draft reply to every new review in your tone, ready to approve.
Rate parityYour rates watched across Booking, Expedia, and direct, with an alert the moment a channel drifts out of line.
Revenue reportingThe numbers that matter pulled together automatically, so the monthly picture is generated, not rebuilt by hand.
Why it matters
The margin is in direct, and in the score.
Two levers move a small hotel's profit more than any other: winning more bookings directly instead of paying the OTA cut, and lifting the review score that decides both your visibility and your rate. Neither is a one-off project. They're habits (fast replies, rates kept in sync, reviews asked for and answered every time) that slip the moment the team is busy. Made automatic, they stop slipping. (More on what a review is actually worth.)
How we work
Map, build, run, then we disappear.
We sit with your property for a week and learn how the front desk, the channels, and the reviews actually flow, not how the SOP says they do.
We build the systems in private over a month, against your real channels and PMS. You see them once they work end-to-end.
They run in the background. We watch them. You hear from us when something needs a person, and the whole thing is built to hand over.
The difference
Done-for-you, not another tool to run.
Most options hand you software and a login and wish you luck, and a small team has no time to become administrators of yet another system. We hand you the outcome instead. The systems are built to your property, run on your behalf, and watched by us; they sit alongside your PMS and channel manager rather than replacing them. You're hiring a result, not adopting a platform.
The proof
A real build, not a mockup.
FC Residence is a working engagement: guest messaging, bookkeeping, and reporting, running on the channels their team already uses. It's villas rather than rooms, but it's the clearest picture of what done-for-you looks like on a real, small hospitality operation. Read the FC Residence case study →
Questions
The questions hoteliers ask.
- We already run a PMS and a channel manager. Does this replace them?
- No. We sit alongside them. The PMS holds your rooms and bookings; the channel manager pushes your rates. We automate the work around them (guest messaging, reviews, parity checks, reporting) and fill the gaps those tools leave between them.
- Why does direct booking matter so much for a small hotel?
- Every guest you win directly is a guest you keep at a far lower acquisition cost than the OTA commission. The catch is that direct only works if your rates stay in sync across channels and your guest experience is sharp enough to earn the repeat, which is exactly what these systems protect.
- Is this another dashboard for my team to learn?
- No. It's done-for-you. The systems live in the tools your team and guests already use, and we run and watch them. Your front desk doesn't log into anything new. The routine is handled, and only the things that need a person reach them.
- What happens to all of this if we part ways?
- You keep it. The workflows are documented, your data stays yours, and the system is built to hand over from day one. No lock-in is a design rule, not a favour.
